MODULE 1: Introduction to Music & Sound Therapy

- Meaning, scope, and philosophy of Music & Sound Therapy
- Difference between music, sound healing, vibration therapy, and Nada-based healing
- History and evolution of sound healing in ancient and modern traditions
- Concept of healing through vibration, resonance, rhythm, and frequency
- Therapeutic role of listening, chanting, humming, toning, and instrumental sound
- Introduction to holistic healing through sound

MODULE 2: Foundations of Sound, Vibration & Frequency
